Dale Rosenstock entered the field of interior design in Los Angeles soon after her graduation from UCLA, where she earned a Bachelor's Degree. In the 1960's, Dale married, had two children and lived in New York for several years. She returned to Beverly Hills where she created a line of fine jewelry and subsequently, in 1994, was the recipient of the top award in the $10,000 and over category at the First International Pearl Conference held in Honolulu, Hawai'i.
During a period in the mid 1980's to mid 1990, Dale continued her jewelry business in Palm Springs and she co-hosted a weekly television interview show, "Luncheon at the Rtiz," at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in nearby Rancho Mirage that was aired weekly on KESQ-TV an ABC affiliate.
In 1996, Dale created a patented design for an elephant head converted into a chocolate version for the Republican National Convention held in San Diego. Her most recent design venture is the creation of Tanuki Unlimited, Inc.® featuring her patented design hat.
