A native of Sweden, currently based in London, UK, moved to Mexico in her 20's and spent several years exploring the country's history, culture, sights ad culinary delights, while improving her Spanish. Since then she's been returning whenever she gets a chance to find out more about her favoirte country and she finds writign forMexicoTRAVELER, solely dedicated to Mexico, a great inspiration. A freelance travel and food journalist, she has a degree form the University of London in Spanish and Latin American Studies and spends most of her time traveling the world in search of wicked dishes to try and replicate in her London kitchen.
